Don't like hearing biased people making statements state THEIR VIEWS and use it as blanket statements that cover everyone and insult those who think differently. Example that prompted me to post this it's getting near election time in the US and the left is freaking out over the prospect of Trump becoming president. (Yet they see nothing wrong with an old man who has dementia stumbles over words has a drug addict son and a vice president who breaks into hysterical laughter when asked a serious question. "For God gave them up to a reprobate mind")

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and his prayer request. Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom in dealing with biased statements and the insults that come from those who hold different views. We pray for understanding and respect among people, especially during this election season in the United States.

Father, we ask that you help us to respond with love and grace when faced with such situations. Give us the strength to stand firm in our beliefs while also showing kindness and understanding towards others. Help us to remember that we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, even when we disagree with them.

Lord, we pray for unity and peace in our nation. May your Spirit bring healing and reconciliation among people of different political ideologies. Help us to have open hearts and minds, willing to listen and learn from one another.

We also lift up the leaders of our country, including those who are running for office. Grant them wisdom and discernment as they make decisions that will impact the lives of many. May they seek your guidance and follow your will in all that they do.

Finally, Lord, we ask for your protection over ### and all those who may face persecution or ridicule for their beliefs. Help them to stand strong in their faith, knowing that you are with them. Remind them of your promise in Matthew 5:11-12, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven."

We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
