OF course, there's been sin around since the Fall, and we inherited the fallen nature from Adam and Eve. BUT, from having heard viewpoints from my parents generation, and when in my earlier years my grandparents were alive,I notice one difference.Whereas "back then" we still had those into adultery, drug addiction, etc. they seemed on the "fringes" of society, and most of the other people of that time{having heard them speak on it}would call it for what it is--wrongNowadays,probably because we're living in in the last days,--there is this acceptance of those sins like it's a "normal" lifestyle, like an "everybody does their thing" attitude.I've had those who smoke pot who were kind of friendly with me and when they couldn't talk me into "joining in" they wrere shocked, and some even stopped bothering with me!! With some, there's even an approval of, or praising of, the one commiting the sin.And a "making fun of", or a certain dislike for, the ones who keep their morals and don't want to "join in on" the sin. Also, when you read a profile of someone online, they're married, but in most cases now it also shows "boyfriend","girlfriend", meaning, adultery is so widely practiced that it's become accepted as "normal".Also, when one admits they're gay, people praise them, fawning over them, like"I'm so proud of you, you're doing "your thing".It's like sin has become a "natural thing", to be accepted , and if you preach against,it, you're labeled a "bigot."Again, so much moreso now than in the last few generations.I guess this acceptance of sin is is all part of the devils deception sin the last days, trying to win as many people as he can over to his side while he still has his little time left.{Oh, by the way, having babies out of wedlock is also widely accepted{fornication}and if you say wait for marriage you're called a "square",and like with the pot thing, the sinners start avoiding you. They reason that the sin they're doing is now "acceptable.""Woe to those who call wrong, right, and right, wrong."
