Justin, we are truly saddened to hear that you feel this way, but we are glad that you have reached out to us. We want to first address that you mentioned Jesus' name in your request, and that is good. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Know that God loves you deeply and has a purpose for your life. The feelings you're experiencing are very real, and entering into a relationship with God will give you purpose. It will not end your suffering immediately. The devil is using your misery against you to foil what was purchased for you on the cross of Jesus, which is faith.
The Bible tells us that we are precious in God's sight and that He has a plan and purpose for each one of us. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says WEB, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God's desire is for a future of hope for eternity with His son Jesus, but to also work in our lives today in His kingdom. God does hear our prayers for death when life is too hard, but will wait for the Faith of his son Jesus to literally rise and live in our hearts and minds. The bible says in Philippians 1:21, "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." If you're living in the misery that has worn you down, and your faith is weak, God will hear your prayer and take you home.
However, we want to rebuke the spirit of suicide and death that is speaking to you right now. God is a God of life and He wants you to choose life. As it says in Deuteronomy 30:19, "I call heaven and earth to record today against you, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse; therefore choose life, that you may live, you and your descendants."
We understand that you may be going through a very difficult time right now, but we want to encourage you to hold on to God's promises. He is faithful and He will see you we pray this in Jesus name we pray this in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Justin to You right now. From the bottom of our hearts, we praise Jesus and cry out to abide in hope, love, peace, joy, and strength in Jesus. We ask that You would comfort him in this time of need and fill him with Your peace. We rebuke the spirit of suicide and death that is trying to take a hold of his life. We speak life and claim healing over his heart and mind. We praise you Lord for faith to fight! Give him the strength to endure and to choose life. Lead him to the SAVIOR and LORD Jesus Christ in whom there is salvation, Give him a reason to live and a hope for a better future. use his pain and broken heart for your glory. Post a guard over his mouth, eyes, and ears. Help him to reach out for help in this time in Jesus' Holy name we pray and how it will be done.
Holy Father, let us remember to always pray through the Holy Spirit intercessor and accept the sacrifice Jesus gave for us. We give thanks for Jesus' salvation sacrifice and know Jesus is the corner stone, chosen by the Lord, and precious. To stumble over Jesus is to fall and be broken which may be needed for Justin as a catalyst of emotions and Faith to RISE and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior of His Life. It is only to those whom a stone brings stumbling that it is an offense.
Again, We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen. Know the ransom that Jesus paid on the cross of Calvary was done in love and obedience to God and he did this for you so you can have freedom and a relationship with God, We praise Jesus for his grace and the Saving Knowledge of Him!
Please reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or even us. We would be happy to rebuke the devil together and praise God. Be strong Justin, this may feel overwhelming, but as mentioned above in verse Philippians 1:21 to live is Christ! Please dig deeper into the word and have faith in God's Word. You life matters and is meant for more. Amen.
