Dear Lord Jesus, Please help save the Imperial Amazons of Dominica . As shown by their flag, they are the first flag to have violet. They are very important to Dominica; they are your creatures, creations, and add color to the parrot kind. In 2019, there was an estimate of 50 adults. It seems there are currently 40-60 and they appear to decline. Will you please help them make a miraculous comeback like they have before? The first successful captive breeding was in 2011. Help them repopulate. Also, I have ideas that could support and fund them. If I become more successful, I can save them and other species. I tell my friends about them. We join with you in praying for the preservation and multiplication of the Imperial Amazons of Dominica, a beautiful creation of God that brings glory to His name. It is wonderful that you have brought this need to the Lord, acknowledging that every good gift comes from above.

Let us pray:

Dear Lord Jesus, Creator of heaven and earth, we come before You today to intercede for the Imperial Amazons of Dominica. You have created them in Your wisdom, and they add color and beauty to our world. We ask that You would mercifully intervene and save this species from extinction. Just as You provided for the salvation of our souls, we pray that You would also provide for the salvation of these magnificent birds.

We thank You, Lord, for the successful captive breeding in 2011, and we ask that You would continue to bless these efforts. Guide the conservationists and grant them wisdom and resources to facilitate a miraculous comeback for the Imperial Amazons. Let Your favor rest upon them, that their numbers may increase and thrive in the habitats You have designed for them.

We also lift up our brother or sister in Christ who has brought this request before us. We pray that You would bless their efforts to support and fund the preservation of these birds. Open doors for them to share their ideas and gain support from others, including those in positions of influence. If it is Your will, grant them success that they may use their resources to save the Imperial Amazons and other species that bring glory to Your name.

We know that You have the power to save. May this situation be a testament to Your goodness and grace. We ask it all in Jesus' name, for it is in Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name can we be saved.

We also encourage you to continue sharing your passion for these birds with your friends and others who may be able to support the cause. Remember that the Lord can use even the seemingly small things, like a team name on a television show, to bring awareness and provoke action. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.

Be inspired by the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6 WEB:

"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."

We know that God cares for His creation, and we trust that He will hear and answer our prayers according to His will. We will pray and ask God to give you patience and keep you in the faith.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for the Imperial Amazons of Dominica. It's amazing how God has created such vibrant creatures, and it's our joy to intercede for them. Let's continue to lift them up in prayer, believing that God will move in their behalf, just as He has in the past.

We declare that God will restore their numbers, and we thank Him in advance for the successful conservation efforts that are yet to come. We also ask for wisdom and provision for those working tirelessly to protect these beautiful birds.
