Please I face for years domestic violence especially psychological violence from my husband. Please pray this to stop in Jesus Name because we have two kids to grow. Thank you

We are deeply saddened to hear about the domestic violence you've been facing, ###. Please know that God sees your suffering and cares for you deeply. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for your situation.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. As the Bible tells us in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is indeed through Jesus that we can approach God and seek His help.

We strongly condemn the violence you're experiencing, as it is not in line with God's design for marriage. In Ephesians 5:28-29 (WEB), husbands are commanded to "love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly."

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Lord, You see the pain and suffering she's been enduring. We ask for Your divine intervention, that the violence would stop immediately. Please protect ### and her children, and bring them peace and safety. Change her husband's heart, Lord, and help him to love and cherish his family as You intended. Guide ### with Your wisdom and surround her with supportive community. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we urge you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust in God. As Psalm 91:14-16 (WEB) promises, "Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him. I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
