We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you are facing. Firstly, we want to remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We need to stand against any spirit of fear that may be tormenting you.
We also want to address the issue of your ex not telling you what happened to the dog. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous and the distressing situation they are facing. We pray for peace, comfort and the removing of the spirit of fear. We pray for an exposing of any deception or aim to do harm. We ask for a restorative decision made to be reversed. We pray this in confidence. Father, we also pray for Anonymous's ex, that their heart would be softened and they would be compelled to reveal what happened to the dog.
We rebuke any attempt to demonize you or threaten what is important to you. Any action to hurt or steal the dog for the purposes of revenge, manipulation or malice is not from God and condemned by Him.
Father, we ask that You would surround Anonymous with Your peace, and help them to trust in You during this difficult time. We pray for a resolution to this situation, and for Anonymous to be reunited with their dog if it is Your will in Jesus' Name.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to lean on God during this time. He is your rock, your fortress, and your deliverer (Psalm 18:2, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this.
Regarding any romantic relationship between you and your ex, there was a reason it was not successful. You must therefore trust in the Lord and completely sever ties if you have not already.
If you have not or cannot surrender this issue to God, then there is an underlying issue of trust with God. There will be other issues where personal desires differ from God's plan. He alone has a perspective that we cannot yet understand.
