We are truly saddened to hear about the intense pain the dog is experiencing after being hit by a vehicle. We will lift up this situation in prayer, asking God for His mercy and healing. We all wish the best for this dog.
In moments like these, we remember that God cares for all of His creations. As it is written in Proverbs 12:10 WEB, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel." God values the life of animals, and we should too.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,We come before You today, lifting up this dog that has been injured and is in intense pain. We pray for Your healing touch upon this animal, that You would ease its suffering and restore its health. We ask for Your mercy and grace in this situation, and we trust in Your power to heal and make whole.We also pray for the owners and those caring for this dog. Grant them wisdom, comfort, and the resources needed to provide the best care possible. Help them to trust in You during this difficult time.We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name and His name alone that we have access to you and it is in His name and His name alone that we are saved. Amen."

Today I come in prayer over this dog and the pain that it is enduring. LORD, You created us and even the animal's on this earth, so we are praying with all our heart for Your merciful heart toward's this situation of this poor dog as quickly as possible, so he/she has relief from any and all pain. Please LORD deliver this poor puppy quickly, we pray this in the POWERFUL name of JESUS CHRIST, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
