does god listen to our prayers

My life is really tough am going throw things i think i shouldn't be going throw cause its not time for me and sometimes i think to myself why am i even on this earth why should i keep living but then one night it was all came to me and i heard someone say" Lily you were put on this earth to live a good life and make it yours and you weren't given a good or a bad life its up to you to make it good or bad i really need prayer am sacred  i want to be saved i need help... and if god really hears all  my prayers

God first hears your prayer of repentance and asking for salvation. Find a good church near you, especially one with a good youth group. Go to Bible study and attend church, all part of learning and understanding what God has in store for you.
