Does anyone have good resources for Generational Repentance?

This is the longest I've been true to God, since over 20 years, I still feel like I am not able to connect as I once did. I feel like there is interference. As silly as it sounds, the adversary seems to know my weakness, it usually comes through circumstance, through friends or other random sources, right at the moment of weakness.

Or perhaps I should say, it's like needling me slowly till I am weak and I am tested vigorously... if that makes any sense. This time around, I have been much stronger and have been able to weather the storms (trials). But still I just feel like there is a cap, either self-imposed or maybe imposed from repentance that was not done. I've heard that generational repentance is important to remove blockages and "curses" from family members who have not repented of sins through the generations....

I know a little bit about that, but looking for reliable and proven methods to do this, anyone? I truly would appreciate the help. There are so many sources, but I just want to make sure I am doing this the right way. Thank you in advance for any help.

I pray that the sins of your fathers would not put your teeth on edge. The bible says that a day is coming that each man will pay for his own sins. Our generational sins were from our ancestor Adam and in Christ we died to our old life to live a new life in Christ. The curse has been lifted for all that believe and are in Christ. Lord we thank you for the victory in Jesus name amen.
