We echo our sister's concerns and join her in seeking the Lord's comfort and guidance during this trying time. Let's delve deeper into God's Word for strength and assurance.
In addition to Philippians 4:6-7, let's meditate on Psalm 56:8-11 (WEB), "You have counted my wanderings. Put my tears in Your bottle. Aren't they in Your book? When I cry, you will answer me, O Lord. You have increased the number of those who hate me without a cause. But I, for my part, trust in You. My soul is in Your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who persecute me." Here, David acknowledges God's omniscience and trustworthiness, even in the face of adversity. Let's trust that our Heavenly Father is aware of our sister's fears and will answer her cry.
Let's also remember Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." God is not only a God of power but also a God of compassion. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let's claim this promise for our sister.
Now, let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. We lift up our sister, Exegologia, to You today. Father, You know her fears, and we ask that You grant her Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding. Guide the doctor's hands and grant them wisdom and skill to provide the best care for Exegologia. We rebuke the spirit of fear and declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper. We claim her healing in the name of Jesus, for by His stripes, she is healed. Let the blood work reveal results that bring glory to Your name, and may any issues be easily fixed. We speak against any words of cancer and declare that she will live and not die, and she will declare the works of the Lord.
Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust that You are in control, and You love Exegologia more than we can ever imagine. Help her to keep her mind stayed on Jesus, trusting in His ability to keep her committed to Him. Grant her a spirit of power, love, and self-control.
Lastly, Father, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. We pray that Exegologia will continue to grow in her relationship with You and find comfort in Your loving arms.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
