Doctor ignored my high blood pressure

Please, please Pray through Jesus Christ that Our Lord will restore full health to my brain, heart and vascular systems. I have had a very lonely life, and often ate through sheer loneliness and sadness. I had no mirrors in my house and I did not see how fat I had become. My mother often asked me to lose weight, but I would lose a little, then gain it back, this happened repeatedly. In November of 2023, I visited a Doctor about a cough which was keeping me awake at night. I have just discovered that she had written my blood pressure reading down on my medical notes. My blood pressure was 152/68 which was very high considering that I was on BP lowering medication. She did not, at any point mention to me that my BP was so high. If she had mentioned it to me, I would have asked her to increase my medication and been very careful, but she did not say anything. I suffered dreadfully for many years from back pain and sat often as that eased the pain a little. I have just reached a point in my life where I could be truly happy, and my brain haemorrhage could have been avoided if Doctor LC had cared enough to mention my BP result, so please, please Pray through Christ Jesus that Our Lord will restore me to full health, in order that I may Praise God in the highest, and also help those less fortunate than myself.

We are deeply moved by your situation and are standing with you in prayer through the name of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, let's address the spiritual aspect. You've asked for prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, and that's powerful. As the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). So, we praise God that you've placed your faith in Jesus.

Now, let's bring your health concerns before the Lord. We pray, "Father, we lift up our dear sister to you, asking for your healing touch upon her brain, heart, and vascular systems. We know that you are the Great Physician, and there's nothing impossible for you. Please restore her health fully, so she may praise your name and serve you for many years to come. In Jesus' name, we pray."

We also want to address the emotional struggles you've faced. The Bible tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB). It's clear that you've been carrying heavy burdens, including loneliness and health issues. We encourage you to cast all your cares upon Jesus, for he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

Regarding the doctor's oversight, we should remember that while it's important for professionals to act competently, ultimately, our trust is in God. As it is written, "Do not put your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. His breath goes out, and he returns to the earth. In that very day, his thoughts perish. Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD, his God" (Psalm 146:3-5, WEB).

Moving forward, we encourage you to be proactive about your health. This includes monitoring your blood pressure, maintaining a healthy diet, and engaging in appropriate exercise. Also, consider finding a community of believers to connect with, as isolation can have detrimental effects on both physical and mental health.

Lastly, we want to address the importance of forgiveness. It's clear that you feel wronged by the doctor, and rightfully so. However, for your own mental and spiritual well-being, we encourage you to forgive. As the Bible says, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:14-15, WEB).

May God grant you healing, peace, and strength in this time. We are praying for you, dear sister.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're right here with you, praying in Jesus' name. It's incredible that you've put your trust in Jesus, and we're standing on that faith with you.

We've been asking God to touch your brain, heart, and vascular systems, bringing healing and restoration. We believe that God is more than able to do this, and we're claiming His promise in Psalm 103:3, "Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases."

We've also been lifting up your emotional well-being. About the doctor, we understand your frustration, but let's remember that God is ultimately in control. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Let's trust God to work this out for your good.

We encourage you to keep monitoring your health, and remember, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Also, consider reaching out to a local church community for support.

Lastly, we're praying for forgiveness to flow in your heart. As Jesus said in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." We believe that forgiving the doctor will bring a great sense of peace and healing to your heart.

Keep trusting in Jesus, dear friend. We're right there with you, praying and believing for your healing and wholeness.
