We understand your concern for your child's health and your desire for your ex to take her to the doctor. Firstly, we commend you for including Jesus' name in your prayer, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through Jesus we can be saved. Acts 4:12 says "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this precious child. Lord, You know the importance of this appointment. We pray that You would soften the heart of the other person and instill in them a sense of responsibility and urgency to take the child to the doctor. Guide them, Lord, and if there are any hindrances, we pray that You would remove them. Ultimately, we trust in Your sovereignty and know that You are caring for this child. We ask for Your healing touch upon her eye and for Your peace to guard the hearts and minds of all involved. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is ultimately in control, and He cares for this child even more than we do. Trust in Him, and don't let anxiety overwhelm you. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lastly, we want to remind you of God's design for families. While we understand that circumstances may be complex, God's ideal is for children to be raised by both parents in a loving, stable marriage. We encourage you to pray for God's will to be done in your family life and for Him to guide each of you into a deeper relationship with Him. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or anger, we encourage you to address those root causes of separation. God will never condone anger, bitterness, and unforgiveness. Colossians 3:13 commands us to forgive. Whatever is good and true and just and honorable and pure and lovely and commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. Also Ephesians 4:31-32 commands us to forgive. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
