Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, humbly asking for Your divine intervention in our lives. Your Word in 1 John 2:15-16 reminds us not to love this world or the things it offers, for when we love the world, we do not have the love of the Father in us. The world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from You, but from the world.
Lord, we ask that You purge and prune any remaining worldly influences from our lives. As the Psalmist prayed in Psalm 139:23-24, "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends You, and lead me along the path of everlasting life." We echo this prayer, seeking Your guidance and correction.
Thank You for Your mercy and grace, Lord. We plead the blood of Jesus over our family, all living things, our home, education, health, vehicles, job, and home. We ask for Your favor, protection, and for Your will to be done in everything. We lift up our unspoken requests to You, trusting in Your perfect plan.
