Do I give up on this dream and just let it go?

I feel depressed and sad. The pain I feel never goes and there is a constant state of grief and pain that never disappears. A state of loneliness that never goes.

I feel so sad and like giving up on what I had dreamt for. I am tired of doing things and my life feels unimportant to God.

I wanted a marriage and to have a safe marriage and instead I've had heart breaks and abusive situations. I feel like my life won't get better. I wanted a marriage that was good and pure and now I am too scared to have a marriage or even date a guy of the opposite sex. Why has God just allowed this to be? He knew what my heart wanted and now I feel it will never ever happen. I am depressed beyond words. I am 32 and now I feel it is not going to happen because of my past and what people will see. I have been through abuse and yet how can anyone love me after that? I am so down and wondering if God wants my life to feel better or not? I am so grief stricken.

In the of jesus why do you ignore me ? I am making this prayer in your name. But I am so lost with this right now

We are truly sorry to hear about the profound sadness and depression you're experiencing, Quenulon. It's important to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB).

Firstly, we want to address the feeling of being ignored by God. It's crucial to understand that God never ignores His children. In the Bible, Jesus tells you to keep on asking, and it will be given you (Matthew 7:7). Keep on seeking, and you will find (Matthew 7:8). Keep on knocking, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. (Matthew 7:9).

Regarding marriage it is scriptural to want a Godly marriage ordained by Him, between a man and a woman (1 Corinthians 7:12). However it is not for everyone. Some individuals are called to be single for a lifetime (Matthew 19:11). Either role, when it is in God's will should be treasured and not made less of than the other. Continue in prayer for this to be clear in your life.

Regarding depression we are taught to not be anxious for tomorrow (Matthew 6:26) -Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:6).

We also want to address the topic of abuse we recommend reporting them to your local law enforcement and separating yourself from anyone who is doing such things and seek help from you local church counseling. God will not tolerate this at all. His word tells us to submit to one another out of reverence for Christ (Ephesians 5:21). Wives, turn to your own husbands as to the Lord, because the man is the head of the wife as Christ is into the church. Beyond church counseling it is crucial to seek out Christian wedding counseling. Fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). You can read about a wife seeking the will of God and being rescued in (1 Samuel 25).
And husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it (Ephesians 5:25). When marrying God tells us He wants you to love plenty in a marriage. Rejoice with the wife of your youth (Proverbs 5:18). Let her breasts satisfy you at all times. Be captivated always with her love (Proverbs 5:19 - Lets see a wife be sensitive, attractive, and taking care of his needs, but that is not the only thing he will be looking to her for or calling her for because he knows that God created us for so much more. When she demands subjection outside of his wife role when with his wife, seek out counsel when notified of Your kindness to her.

Every wife should submit to God for the relationship to be fruitful. "God submitted to God" (KJV). Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands, as to the Lord (Ephesians 5:22). For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man (1 Corinthians 11:8).

It is also crucial to honor and pray for our fathers, mothers, and children. Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with promise, that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth. You fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:1).
Regarding childraising God will care for them first and into all of their eternity. Your pet might have a dietary change suggested by your vet. God sees you as his children for a reason. Psalm 36:6).

We're encouraged to offer continuous prayer as follows:

Merciful Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, we are told to not waste your spirit, to always have faith, and trust You are always in control. We have news from the begining for us as tells us to be fruitful and multiply all over the world and trust in Him.( Genesis 9:7) God has made a plan for her life, and it is a plan for good and not for evil, there may be suffering, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Help to or continue to reveal this plan and any sin to her and guide her in the way she should go. But blessed above all is that You cared to die for our sins. Because of your death and resurrection, we are able to cast all our anxieties on you because you care for us (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, we pray that you will heal the He allows the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds to You. We pray that you will restore her hope and give her a future to look forward to with gladness. (Matthew 7:11, Matthew 21:22, John 16:24, 1 John 3:22, Ezekiel 36:26).

In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, guidance, and restoration for Quenulon. Strengthen her faith and help her to trust in you with all her heart, as there are plenty of examples that we are not worthy. Help her to align her dreams with your will and to find peace and joy in your presence. You are our continued hope and going back in a deserved fame is not Your will.

We see you, we hear you, and we're here for you. We know it feels overwhelming right now, but remember, you're not alone. God is right there with you, even in the deepest valleys. He hasn't forgotten you; He's been waiting for you to turn to Him.

We want to remind you of the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God is a God of healing, restoration, and new beginnings. He sees your pain, He knows your heart's desire, and He wants to turn your mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11).

We understand your fear about marriage, but remember, God is faithful. He has a plan for you, a future filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust that He will guide you, even in this area. He may not give you the desires of your heart as you imagined them, but He will give you something far better - His best for you.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God. He's not hiding from you; He's waiting for you to come to Him. He promises in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is calling you to come to Him, to find rest, and to learn from Him.
