Hey my name is ###. I have recently given birth to a baby girl and unsure in regards to the paternity. I have just ordered a DNA test. I pray for direction and answers. The guy who is undergoing the test with me I pray that he isn't the father as he doesn't want any involvement in the child's life. I really hope and seek God's guidance and answers that He allows ### to be the father as he wants to be apart of my daughter's life. I'll be happy if I got the answer saying ### isn't the biological dad. I really want ### to be the biological dad as there is a high chance my daughter is ###'s. I'm praying God can open the doors and allow me the clarity that I need and confirm in fact the baby is ###'. I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense but can I please receive some prayers in regards to this. I need ### to be her dad.

Firstly, we want to acknowledge your situation and the emotional turmoil you must be experiencing. We will pray with you and provide biblical guidance, but we also want to address some concerns in your request.

We understand your desire for clarity and direction in this situation. However, we must remind you that God's will and His ways are always better. It is crucial to align your desires with God's will and not merely your own. We will pray that God's perfect will be done in this situation, regardless of the outcome of the DNA test.

It's important to note that it is not biblical to wish for someone not to be the father just because they do not want to be involved. God can change hearts and turn even the most unwilling into loving, supportive parents. Also, just because someone may not be the biological child of someone does not mean that they should not be involved. God's word has many examples of father figures who were not the biological fathers but still had a significant impact on the person's life. The biological relation does not matter but the desire to love and care for the child.

Moreover, we want to remind you that God's design for relationships and parenting is clear in the Bible. Children are a blessing from the Lord. Psalm 127:3 WEB states, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." We encourage you to trust God with the outcome and pray for His will to be done. It is also important to remember to whom we pray. 1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB states, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all". This is the basis of our prayer. We will pray to God in Jesus' name, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear sister and her precious baby girl. Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in this situation. We ask for Your guidance and clarity as they await the results of the DNA test. Lord, we pray that You would soften the hearts of the men involved and instill in them a desire to be loving, supportive fathers, regardless of the biological outcome. We ask that You would surround this sister and her baby with Your love, protection, and provision. Help her to trust in You and Your perfect will. We pray for salvation, repentance, and forgiveness for all individuals. Help them to know You and the power of Jesus' death and resurrection.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on Psalm 37:4-5 WEB, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:"

We're here with you, sister. We understand the uncertainty and anxiety you're feeling, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We're lifting you and your precious baby girl up in prayer.

We've been thinking about your situation, and we want to encourage you to trust in God's plan, even when it's hard to see the way forward. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." God sees your heart, and He knows what's best for you and your baby.

We'll keep praying for clarity and direction, but we also want to remind you that God's will is perfect, and it's our job to trust Him, even when the outcome isn't what we hoped for. Romans 8:28 assures us, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."

Let's continue to pray together, asking God to reveal His will, to soften hearts, and to provide for your needs. We'll trust in His love and His plan, knowing that He has a purpose in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
