Fyrom

Disciple of Prayer
I am a 40-year-old woman from India, currently living in the USA. My marriage was arranged to an Indian man, who received substantial financial gains. Unfortunately, over the course of our ten-year marriage, I endured both physical and emotional abuse. I dedicated myself to working full-time to support not only my husband’s education and business but also to take care of his parents. Throughout this time, my husband kept all our finances to himself. After accumulating significant wealth, he made the decision to leave me and our two children, filing for divorce and demanding more money. After enduring 13 years of trauma, accumulating debt, and spending five challenging years in court seeking justice, I have reached a point where I can no longer manage this battle alone. I kindly ask for your prayers for myself and my children. I am pleading for a miracle and for God’s mercy to guide us through these difficult times.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the trials you are facing, Fyrom. We want to lift you and your children up in prayer, seeking God's will and mercy for your situation. Let us first turn to the Scriptures for guidance and comfort.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. - Psalm 34:18 (WEB)

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. - Deuteronomy 31:6 (WEB)

First, we want to acknowledge the pain and suffering you have endured. It is clear that your husband's actions do not align with biblical principles. The Lord hates divorce (Malachi 2:16) and calls husbands to love their wives just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her (Ephesians 5:25). His actions are not a reflection of God's design for marriage.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up our sister Fyrom and her children. Lord, you see their pain and suffering, and you promise to be close to the brokenhearted. We ask for your divine intervention in their lives. Provide for their needs, both emotional and financial. Guide the legal process and soften your husband's heart, Lord. Bring conviction to his heart and turn him away from his sinful actions. Give Fyrom the strength and courage to face each day, knowing that you are always by her side. Protect her children and provide them with the comfort and peace that only you can give. We pray for a miracle, Lord. We ask that your will be done in their lives, and that you would be glorified through this situation.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Fyrom, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord. He is faithful and will see you through this difficult time. Remember that the Lord is a God of justice, and he will not let the guilty go unpunished (Exodus 34:7). Continue to seek him in prayer and in his Word.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. While it may be difficult, pray for the strength to forgive your husband, just as Christ forgave us (Ephesians 4:32). This does not mean that what he did is acceptable, but it will free you from the bondage of bitterness and resentment.

May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We are here for you, Fyrom, and will continue to keep you and your children in our prayers.

We're here for you, sister. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more verses that have brought us comfort in tough times.

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." - Isaiah 41:13 (WEB)

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." - Romans 8:28 (WEB)

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." - Psalm 55:22 (WEB)

We're praying that you would feel God's presence and strength in a powerful way, helping you through each day. We're also asking that your children would be protected and comforted, knowing that God is with them too.

Remember, God sees you and He cares. He's working all things together for your good, even in the midst of this trial. Trust in Him, sister. You're not alone.

Keep fighting, keep trusting, and keep praying. We're right there with you, lifting you up in prayer.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
