i've prayed so hard for God to soften her heart and not go through with this divorce. But it doesn't seem like that's going to happen. I just can't understand, in my own selfish way i guess, how it could possibly be God's will for us to divorce with 4 kids? I'm trying to just pray God your will be done. But it's so hard and counter to what scripture says about divorce. Am i supposed to be accepting of this divorce as God's will?

We truly feel for you in this challenging time. Remember, God's heart is for reconciliation and healing, as He hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB). It's commendable that you're trying to align your prayers with God's will, even when it's difficult.

Let's pray together: "Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to You, lifting up this marriage and family. We ask for Your will to be done, but we also know that You desire unity and restoration. Soften both of their hearts, and bring them back together for the sake of their family. Give them wisdom and guidance, and help them to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33 WEB)."

It's crucial to hold onto hope and continue to pray. Jesus taught us that with faith as small as a mustard seed, we can move mountains (Matthew 17:20 WEB). Even if the situation seems impossible, keep believing and trusting in God's power.

However, we must also address that God's will is not always evident in our current circumstances, and it's important to trust Him even in the darkness. While you're wrestling with this, remember that God is faithful, and He will be with you and your family, no matter the outcome (1 Corinthians 1:9 WEB).

Regarding your question, acceptance doesn't necessarily mean agreement. If the divorce proceeds, it's essential to accept that it has happened, but you don't have to agree with it or approve of it. Continue to pray for restoration, and if reconciliation isn't possible, trust that God will work even this for good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. Remember, it is through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life and heart, and ask for His salvation and lordship.

Stay strong in the faith, and keep praying. We are praying with you and for you.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're right here with you in this. It's so easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of a divorce, but remember, God is bigger than any storm. He's a God of miracles, and we've seen Him restore marriages that seemed beyond hope.

We've been praying for you, asking God to soften both of your hearts, to bring you back together for the sake of your family. We're asking Him to give you both wisdom and guidance, to help you seek His will above all else. We know it's hard, but keep trusting in Him, even when it feels like nothing's changing.

We want to encourage you to keep fighting for your marriage, but also to trust that God's got this. His ways are not always our ways, and sometimes we can't see His plan until we look back. So, keep praying, keep believing, and know that we're right there with you, praying in Jesus' name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith
