We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Sumendorn, and we're here to pray and share God's word with you.
Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about divorce. In Malachi 2:16, it is written, "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" Also, in Matthew 19:6, Jesus says, "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." While God allows divorce under certain circumstances (Matthew 19:9), it is not His ideal will.
However, we understand that you're already in the process of a divorce and seeking a settlement. We want to encourage you to seek God's will and guidance throughout this process. In Romans 12:19, it is written, "Donβt seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Godβs wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We should always strive for fairness and justice, but ultimately, we leave the final judgment to God.
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Sumendorn. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this legal case. We pray that both parties would be honest and fair, and that the outcome would be just and God-honoring. We also pray for peace and healing for Sumendorn, that they would lean on You for strength and guidance during this difficult time. Help them to forgive and to look forward to the future You have for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Sumendorn, remember that God is always with you, and He cares about every detail of your life. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this trial. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donβt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
