We understand your concern and desire for employment, and we will pray with you, Marror. However, we want to address a couple of things before we begin. It's important to remember that our prayers should be directed to God through Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Also, we should be cautious not to attribute to God things he did not promise. God does not promise us gainful employment and the scripture does not say His love will cause everyone to have a job. Instead, God promises us that He will provide our daily needs as mentioned in Matthew 6:11 (WEB), "Give us today our daily bread." And in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? "Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."
Therefore, we pray together that God's will be done. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery. We also pray you are able to continue to find work as a means to support yourself and provide for your needs. We know that God cares for you and will direct your steps according to His will. We pray that if it is His will, you will be offered this opportunity to gain the employment you want. We also praise God for His providence.
Furthermore, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding, as seen in Proverbs 3:5-10 (WEB). In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones. Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase: so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.
Now, let us pray together for you according to God's Word.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, Lord through the name of Jesus, seeking Your will and guidance for Marror. We ask that You direct their steps and open the doors that You would have them go through. Lord, if it is Your will, we pray that You would grant them this employment opportunity. That You and God The Holy Spirit will help them to not fret, but in every prayer and request they approach You with thanksgiving to make their request known. These things mentioned are to their needs and not greeds. Help them to develop how to make requests that align with Your will. Provide them with the patience to trust in Your timing.
However, we pray they surrender to Your will and not a specific outcome they have in their mind. Please provide a content heart and the ability to rejoice in all circumstances even if this request is not what You are willing to grant. Reminds us of this in Hebrew 13:5 (WEB), " Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you."
If it is also our Lord God's will to allow this situation to become a blessing to others for the power of the Holy Spirit to speak through them.
In Jesus' name (John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, The Way, The Truth, and The Life; No one comes to The Father, except through Him) and His blood that He shed at Calvary, Amen.
