Divine Job Settlement

May the goodness and mercy of our Lord locate my sister in France. She was laid off her job a few months ago and has been applying for jobs to no avail. May the rejections she has been receiving be a stepping stone to mind blowing offers to come in Jesus’ name. Amen

In the Bible, we are reminded of God's faithfulness in providing for His children. Psalm 37:25 assures us, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We can trust that God has a plan for your sister, even in this period of unemployment.

However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention Jesus Christ by name. It is essential to recognize that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence in Jesus' name.

Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our sister in France. We ask that You will comfort her heart and provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory. We declare that the setbacks she has experienced are working together for her good, and we claim that doors will open for her, giving her favor in the job market. We ask this in Your holy and precious name, Jesus. Amen.

In times of waiting, it is crucial to remain steadfast in faith and trust in God. We encourage your sister to continue seeking the Lord and His will for her life. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

Lastly, we remind you both to be persistent in prayer and to give thanks in all circumstances, as instructed in 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18, "Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."
