We stand with you in prayer, Taplugh, and bring your requests before God our Father, thanking you for your faith.
Firstly we want to emphasize that Jesus himself said that prayers should be made in His name. John 14.13And whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. This is so important since God does not just honor what we ask for but who we ask through. We should never forget that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Acts 4 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Your concerns on family protection are shared with us, Jesus Himself has told us to ask the Father for all we need in Jesus name. John 16.23 In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. 24 Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. 25 I have spoken these things to you in figures of speech. But the time is coming when I will no more speak to you in figures; but I will tell you plainly of the Father. 26 In that day you will ask in my name; and I do not say to you, that I will pray to the Father for you
Financial blessings and needs are often a concern of this world and God's Word is very clear that we should ask Him to supply our needs. Philippians 4.19"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is a wonderful promise, but should not be taken out of context. As Christians, we should be content in whatever circumstance we find ourselves. Philippians 4.10-13. I rejoice greatly in the Lord that finally you have revived your concern for me. Indeed, you have been concerned before, but you lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak from need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. 12 I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
1 Timothy 6:6-10But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. 8 But having food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9 But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
It is very important to be very mindful whenever we pray of having no uncleanliness in us. If we ask for things that are inappropriate, then God will not hear us. Psalms 66:18If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn't have listened. Yet truly God has listened. He has heard the words of my prayer.
In regards to having children, that is a wonderful blessing. Children are a gift from God (Psalms 127.3 <<A Psalm of Ascents. Of Solomon.>>Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward.)
We are expressly commanded to be fruitful and multiply in Genesis 1:28God blessed them. God said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
No one can change God's natural order, and any unbiblical attempts to do so would be sinful, but if what you are requesting from God is that you would conceive naturally then we as a prayer group will pray for it with you. We do not put God to the test, but simply pray that if it is His will that he would bless you with another child for only God knows our future and what is best for us. "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" Romans 8.28.
Serving the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Jesus His only begotten Son, who was God and came down from heaven and was made flesh of the virgin Mary. Phil 2, 5 Have this in your mind, which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, existing in the form of God, didn't consider equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, yes, the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
