We join with you, Daeryr, in lifting up your sister Chioma before the throne of grace. In times of distress, we are comforted by the words of the Psalmist, "You are a hiding place for me. You preserve me from trouble. You surround me with songs of deliverance." (Psalm 32:7 WEB)
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has attacked Chioma's body, for the Bible tells us that Jesus took our infirmities and bore our diseases (Matthew 8:17 WEB). We pray for divine healing, knowing that "the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:15 WEB).
However, we must also address that the power of healing comes from the stripes of Jesus Christ, and it is by His name that we have access to God. We notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we can approach God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. We lift up Chioma to You, asking for Your divine mercy and healing. You are El Roi, the God who sees. We ask that You look upon Chioma with compassion and heal her body. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. Strengthen Chioma's body, comfort her heart, and fill her with Your peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Daeryr, we encourage you to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers. Continue to pray in faith, and remember to call upon the name of Jesus, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
