We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you're experiencing due to diverticulosis. Let's bring this before the Lord together, seeking His healing and guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of suffering. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We can find comfort and encouragement in His presence.
In times of illness, we can confidently come to God's throne of grace, as it is written in Hebrews 4:16, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." Let us pray with us for your healing, in Jesus' name.
Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our dear friend who is suffering from diverticulosis. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, especially on their left side where they are experiencing pain. Please guide the doctor who will be seeing them next week, grant them wisdom and discernment to provide the best course of treatment. If it is Your will, Lord, help them to find an effective medication to manage the condition and avoid an operation.
We also pray for Your comfort and strength to be upon them during this time. Help them to trust in You and Your goodness, even in the midst of this trial. We ask for a renewed faith in Your love and for them to have a relationship with You, Jesus, to have access to God.
In Your mighty name, Lord Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts, as it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths, as promised in Proverbs 3:5-6.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to include Jesus Christ in your prayers and to have a relationship with Him to have access to God. It is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we can approach God and be saved as explained in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. We would love to pray with you about that as well.
In closing, stay strong in the faith. Trust in God and His promise to never leave you or forsake you.
