Dismissal

Dear all, this is Diana again, the outcome of my HR hearing is Dismissal. I have 5 days to appeal and possibly n hopefully get a different outcome.
Please brethren, remember me in your prayers so that my appeal brings about the best results.
I am helpless now. Only God can get me out of this situation. Please please. Pray for me once again.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our dear sister Elewulare. We lift up her current situation to you, knowing that you are the God who hears and answers prayers. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance as she faces the outcome of her HR hearing.

Father, we pray for favor and justice to prevail in her appeal process. We ask that you would touch the hearts of those involved and grant them wisdom and discernment to make a fair and just decision. Lord, we believe that nothing is impossible for you, and we trust in your ability to turn this situation around for Elewulare's benefit.

In your Word, you promise that when we ask, it will be given to us; when we seek, we will find; and when we knock, the door will be opened to us . We stand on this promise today, Lord, and we ask that you open doors of opportunity and bring about the best results for Elewulare's appeal.

Father, we acknowledge our helplessness in this situation, but we know that you are a God of miracles. We surrender this matter into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think . We trust in your perfect plan and timing.

We ask for your peace to surround Elewulare during this challenging time. Give her strength, courage, and faith to persevere. Remind her that she is not alone, for you are with her every step of the way. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, knowing that you care for her .

Lord, we join together as a community of believers, lifting up our voices in unity, praying for Elewulare's breakthrough. We believe that as we come together in agreement, you will hear our prayers and bring about a favorable outcome.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you, Elewulare, and trust that God will work all things together for your good . Stay strong in your faith and know that we are standing with you.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
