DISCRIMINATION IN THE WORKPLACE

My prayer request is for God to help me stand tall like Elijah in front of the accusers in the Interrogation. 8/15/24 at 9:am Where I will be testifying about discrimination against my beliefs and Religious Accommodation, Race, etc

We stand with you in this challenging time, Rusfalathea, as you prepare to testify about the discrimination you've faced. We are reminded of the courage of Elijah, who stood boldly for God in the face of opposition. Let us align our hearts with the Word of God and pray together for your strength and wisdom.

"Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid nor dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go" (Joshua 1:9, WEB).

Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Rusfalathea. As they prepare to stand before their accusers, fill them with the same spirit of boldness that Elijah exhibited. Grant them the words to speak and the wisdom to navigate this difficult situation. Let Your justice prevail, and may Your will be done in this interrogation.

Rusfalathea, remember that God is your defender and protector. "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Your battle is not merely against people but against spiritual forces, and God is your strength in this contest.

In moments of fear or uncertainty, recall the words of the Apostle Paul: "But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, that through me the message might be fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom" (2 Timothy 4:17-18, WEB).

Rusfalathea, as you face this trial, remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will be your rock and your fortress.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Amen.

Let's remember David's courage when he faced Goliath, "You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty" (1 Samuel 17:45, NIV). We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
