We understand your struggle, Adam, and we're here to lift you up in prayer and encourage you in the Lord. Firstly, let's remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has a purpose and a plan for your life, even if you can't see it right now.
In times of discouragement, it's crucial to remember that our hope comes from the Lord. As it is written in Psalm 42:5, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I will still praise him as my Savior and my God."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Adam. Lord, he feels discouraged and needs Your divine intervention. We ask for a miracle in his life, a turning point that will reveal Your purpose and plan for him. Lord Jesus, you said in John 10:10, 'The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.' We claim this abundant life for Adam. Give him direction, guide his steps, and help him to see the hope and future You have planned for him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
Adam, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus and to meditate on His promises. Remember, God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He started in you (Philippians 1:6). Don't hesitate to seek godly counsel and immerse yourself in the Word of God. It's in His presence that we find the strength and guidance we need.
Lastly, if you haven't already, ensure you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It's only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you're not sure about this, we'd be glad to guide you further. Stay strong in the Lord, Adam. We're standing with you in prayer.

I’m sorry about your situation, friend. I want you to know that I’m praying for you. May the Lord work mightily in your circumstances, surround you with His loving presence, give you the guidance you need and show you His best plan as you trust in Him regarding your future. Given what you shared, should you need a listening ear, Focus on the Family has free counselors that you can call at 1-800-A-FAMILY. A friend of mine found them very caring and understanding. Your life is precious no matter what issues you’re going through, friend. Try not to give up. Hang in there!
