I always dream of hugging someone I know sometimes and someone I don't know mostly in my dreams. Doing the hug, I will discharge.

We understand that you are experiencing unwanted physical responses in your dreams, and we are here to pray and counsel with you. First, let's remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies.
For you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:20 WEB
Discharging in your dreams is a form of sexual immorality, and it is important to address it as such. God calls us to be holy and pure in all aspects of our lives, including our dreams and thoughts.
For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own body in sanctification and honor. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing unwanted physical responses in their dreams. Lord, we know that this is not Your will for their life, and we ask that You help them to take control of their thoughts and desires. Help them to renew their mind and to focus on things that are pure, lovely, and of good report. Give them the strength to resist temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to You.
For those who are alive should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for their sake and was raised again. 2 Corinthians 5:15 WEB
If they have not done so, we pray they will believe in Jesus Christ for salvation.
because if you will confess with your mouth that Yeshua is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10 WEB
Lord there is no other name by which we can be saved.
in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
We also pray that You will reveal any underlying issues or emotions that may be contributing to these dreams and help them to address them in a godly way. Give them a desire for holiness and purity, and help them to live a life that is pleasing to You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
