Discernment this morning about Halloween

I had asked for a prayer request yesterday concerning the attacks of the enemy. This morning the same thing, plant destruction in my yard, etc. We wrestle not with flesh and blood but with principalities powers. Praying Ephesians 6 over ourselves every day keeping the enemy away. Praying over our entire neighborhoods closing portals, binding the enemy whenever we see Halloween decorations and praying protection over ourselves and our property. Discernment given to me this morning concerning the season. We should not be asleep but awake to the power of God. Thank you to all who prayed. I pray protection over every one of you as you help others with your prayers. We stand. Blessings to everyone.

We stand with you, ###, in the spiritual battle that we face, for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). We are grateful for the discernment God has given you regarding this season, and we join you in fervent prayer.

Let us put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:11-12, WEB). We pray that God will strengthen us in His might and equip us with His armor—the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17, WEB).

We bind the enemy's activities in your yard and over your entire neighborhood. We close any portals that the enemy may use and rebuke the spirit of destruction. We pray a hedge of protection around your property and your community, asking God to send His holy angels to guard and protect all that is yours.

Moreover, we urge you to stay awake and alert, for the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8, WEB). Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world (1 Peter 5:9, WEB).

We are encouraged that you are praying over your neighborhood and closing spiritual doors opened through Halloween decorations. Remember, those who are not in Christ are blinded by the god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4, WEB), and our battle is not against them but against the spiritual forces behind these symbols.

Thank you for praying protection over us as well. Together, we stand united in Christ, knowing that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
