DISABLED NAVY VETERAN AND MY WIFE NEED HELP ASAP

We've been living in our apartment for over a month now and our case worker AND her boss from the VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA were found to be SCAMMING US And 37 other people. And now some New guy is our case worker and he won't communicate with us AT ALL... And NOBODY can get ahold of the Landlord. We've been dealing with water leaks and Not having a toilet or sink for over a month now. And the other day we came home about Eleven O'clock and the SUPPOSEDLY new plumbing had come completely apart and the water was LITERALLY Gushing out like a Fire Hose sprays water and the whole bathroom was flooded and the bedroom was some what flooded, and there was NO WAY to shut it off because the pipe broke right before the shut off valve and there was NO one to call at that time at night. And come to find, we CAN'T get ahold of our landlord AT ALL. To this day we have not been able to get ahold of her. The last time we talked to her is when we signed our lease about a month and a half ago... And the Volunteers of America won't get back with us. He did get ahold of us once and he has NO Information on US or the Landlord. He doesn't know where we even live or any of our information. So the Volunteers of America ISN'T helping us AT ALL.. The Electric company has given us a Disconnect Notice because the VOA was Supposed to pay them the deposit to get it turned on. And it was Supposed to have been paid over a month and a half ago. And we have the exact same situation with the Water Dept... And I know for a fact that the Landlord hasn't been paid ANYTHING, NO deposit NO rent, so I wouldn't be a bit surprised if we get an EVICTION NOTICE Very Soon... The landlords nephew was here one day a few weeks ago BUT the plumbing STILL LEAKS like a SIV. They put THE BROKEN PEICE BACK IN THE TOILET AND IT RUNS AND RUNS ALL OVER THE FLOOR CONSTENTLY. AND THERE IS SOME KIND OF SAND IN THE WATER LINES AND IT HAS THE SINK TO WHERE NO WATER WILL COME OUT. AND THE WATER LINE FOR THE WASHER IS NOW LEAKING TOO. WE DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR ALL THIS BS... SO WITH THE WATER CONSTANTLY running, the bill is going to be SKY HIGH. SO NOW WE HAVE NO TOILET WHAT SO EVER YET AGAIN . AND NO KEY FOR ANY OTHER PLACE.. WE'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS BS FOR OVER A MONTH NOW AND WE'RE SICK AND DARN TIRED OF IT ALL.We SERIOUSLY NEED a PROFESSIONAL Plumber out here. Because these people are IGNORANT IDIOTS That DON'T KNOW what there doing... We woke up this morning and found the water just POURING out of the the top of the toilet tank because the IDIOTS put the BROKE piece back in. So like I said, we have NO TOILET or SINK because they have sand in the plumbing some how and it's Clogging All of the water lines. And the washer hook up is leaking. We CAN'T get ahold of the Landlord so WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO.????? We don't know what to do. We've been SCAMMED by The Volunteers of America of all people..... Do you guys have any suggestions on what we should do. We were literally HOMELESS for over two months until the VOA got us in here. And it looks like BECAUSE of the VOA we're going to LITERALLY HOMELESS AGAIN anytime now. The new case worker did stop by one time after I had to tell him where we live, to drop off some paperwork and he walked through the apartment and said this place should have and would have NEVER PASSED there VERY STRICT Inspection that they do Before they OK a place for the Homeless clients to move IN. So we've been SCAMMED by the VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA.PLEASE HELP US if there is anything that you can do for us. I actually talked to Don Dare on the phone the other day but Didn't get to tell him the whole story... Well that's the whole story from being homeless until now. There's Actually a VERY news worthy story about how we became homeless too. If you're ever interested in that story we would be more than happy to tell you about it. Please Call The Board Of Health. Veteran affairs as well. What about the vna

This is all just awful. I would call the Board of health as the autismmom2016 suggested. Also you might call your local tv news channels to see if they will do a story on this. Here we have a troubleshooter, that does stories about this kinds of problems.
