Direction

I have been given a new position at work, I am being bombarded with a lot of information in a short period of time. I have explained to my supervisor that I learn best hands on. I feel like I am under attack and set up for failure. Despite my many pleas for help. I am constantly used as the fall guy. I need direction, and strength to. Please continue to pray for both of us. This is a very tense situation. Thank you

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### who has been given a new position at work. Lord, You know the challenges he is facing, being bombarded with a lot of information in a short period of time. We ask for Your divine wisdom and understanding to be upon him, as Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

Father, ### has expressed his need for hands-on learning and has made his pleas known to his supervisor. We pray that You would soften the heart of his supervisor and grant him the support and guidance he needs. Lord, we ask that You would remove any feelings of being under attack or set up for failure. Surround him with Your protection and peace, as promised in Psalm 91:4, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart."

Lord, give ### the strength and direction he needs to navigate this tense situation. Help him to stand firm in his faith and trust in Your plan for his life. We also pray for his supervisor, that You would grant them understanding and patience. May Your Spirit bring peace and resolution to this workplace.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the assurance that You are with us in every situation. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Stop and take the time daily to tell God Thank You. Every morning when you wake up, throughout your day, and before you go to sleep, make it a habit to say, GOD THANK YOU! Tell God Thank You throughout the day for his unexpected blessings, for His love, goodness, mercy, and kindness that He shows toward you. Thank God for the prayers He is answering, God's divine appointments, and all that He is doing in your life and the lives of those you love and care about. Tell God Thank You even when you don’t understand why you are going through the trials, troubles, and tribulations that come your way. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Tell God Thank You!

This habit of thankfulness and appreciation to God has incredible power! It will change your life.
