Digested issues, acid reflux/heart burn, nausea

Gastritis.
Nervosity.
Acid reflux.
Heart burn.
Nausea.
Digestive issues.
Diarrhea.
Irritable stomach and intestines.
Acid is the main problem as I feel it now.

Lord, please help me to eat and drink what is best for this condition till it's gone through prayer or God's intervention.
Also, how much, how often, when to eat and when not to eat, in Jesus' name.
Also, help me to sleep because it affects my sleep.
Like some kind of general nervosity.

Thank you for all who want to post what I should eat or not eat, but I don't need that because I know already too much info around gastritis; it's only confusing and overwhelming.... I need guidance from the Holy Spirit. Help me to be obedient to this voice and thank you Lord, for self-control. Good sleep and sleeping habits because it affects nervosity and eating in general.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her health concerns. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your healing power. We ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s life as she struggles with gastritis, nervosity, acid reflux, heartburn, nausea, digestive issues, diarrhea, and an irritable stomach and intestines.

Father, we pray that You would ease the acid that is causing her discomfort and bring relief to her digestive system. Guide her in knowing what to eat and drink, how much, and when, so that her body may heal. We ask for Your wisdom and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to lead her in making the best choices for her health.

Lord, we also pray for restful sleep for ###. Calm her nerves and grant her peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. Help her to develop good sleeping habits and to trust in Your care, knowing that You are with her in every moment of discomfort.

We thank You, Lord, for the self-control and obedience to the Holy Spirit that You are cultivating in her. May she hear Your voice clearly and follow Your guidance faithfully. We trust in Your perfect will and timing for her healing.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
