Difficult position and getting Hurt

Hi, I'm going through a difficult time. After resigning, my former manager withheld my salary, which I needed for a crucial surgery. Now, I'm struggling financially and emotionally. Despite leaving, she continues to make my life hard, causing me stress and frustration. I've had numerous interviews that seemed promising, but nothing has worked out, and I'm losing hope. Please pray for guidance, strength, and the removal of these obstacles so I can find peace and move forward.

We are saddened to hear about the difficult circumstances you are facing, Hellew. We will stand with you in prayer and offer counsel based on God's word.

Firstly, let us address the injustice you are experiencing. The Bible tells us, "Refrain from oppression and from robbery. Don't oppress the foreigner, the fatherless, nor the widow, and don't shed innocent blood in this place" (Jeremiah 22:3 WEB). It is wrong for your former manager to withhold your salary, and we will pray that this wrong will be made right.

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your divine intervention in Hellew's life. Lord, you see the injustice they are facing, and you know the financial and emotional strain they are under. We pray that you will soften the heart of their former manager and bring forth the wages that are rightfully theirs. We pray for favor in their job search, that doors will open, and they will find meaningful work that brings them provision and peace. Lord, grant Hellew the strength to endure this trial and the hope to continue trusting in you. Remove the obstacles that hinder their path and bring them to a place of healing and restoration, in Jesus' name. Amen.*

In this time of uncertainty, hold onto God's promises. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Regarding the stress and frustration caused by your former manager, Jesus tells us, "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This is not easy, but with God's grace, you can forgive and release the hurt and bitterness.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep hoping in God. Even when interviews seem promising but do not work out, trust that God has a purpose and a plan. "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up" (Galatians 6:9 WEB).

You mentioned that you need guidance, strength, and peace. We pray that you will seek God wholeheartedly, for He promises, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13 WEB).

Stay strong in the Lord, and do not lose hope. We are praying for you and believing that God will make a way.

God's plan for you to prosper:

God has a plan for everything in your life and He explains clearly in the Bible what you need to do
to receive His blessings.

First we need to see if God wants you to prosper.
3John 1:2
Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers.

He states very clearly that He wants you to prosper.

So if you are needing a job or more money - the first thing you need to do is pray and ask God for seed money . God says He will provide us with the seeds to plant and then He will cause the growth.

Cor.9:10 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also multiply your seed

When the seed money comes don't spend it, plant it back into God's Kingdom. God says when you do that He will give more back to you than you gave to Him. If you need a job He will also provide you with one.

I needed money 40 years ago and God had me give him my last $1000.(I was planting seeds into God's kingdom.)
I was completely broke for about 2 hours then over a few months God got me
a job that lasted 30 years. I made over 1.5 million dollars and I'm still drawing retirement until I die.
I have tithed ever since.
I will be praying for you to be financially successful. Follow God's instructions and trust in Him.
You are God's child and He love you. He says all things are possible to those who believe. God has a very detailed plan to make you financially successful.

Here are some scriptures to guide you on your journey to financial success.

Philippians 4:19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Prov.10:22
The blessing of the Lord makes one rich,
And He adds no sorrow with it.

When the seed money comes don't spend it, plant it back into God's Kingdom. God says when you do that He will give more back to you than you gave to Him. If you need a job He will also provide you with one.

Galatians 6:7-9Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Review- pray- God provides seed money- Plant it into God's Kingdom- God gives more back to you than you gave to Him- keep repeating for the rest of your life.

Proverbs 3:9–10: Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Joining other people in prayer gives your prayer more power:

God says that if two people agree in prayer He will answer that prayer.

He puts it this way:

Matthew 18:19
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.
