I have a coworker that is verbally harassing me and over mining the ### and ### to work with me. I don’t want to work with ### or any of his surgical entities. Please pray for the desires of my heart without fraudulently misleading me or lying to me in person or off person. ### deplorable warning hehe

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with a coworker who is verbally harassing you and trying to involve others to work against you. We stand with you in prayer and counsel, seeking God's will in this matter.

First and foremost, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

Regarding the harassment, the Bible tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This doesn't mean you should tolerate abuse or harassment, but rather, it calls you to respond with love and kindness, even when it's difficult. Pray for this coworker, that God may soften their heart and bring conviction upon them.

However, this does not mean you should allow the harassment to continue. We advise you to document every incident, and report this behavior to your superiors or human resources department. It is important to follow the appropriate channels to address this issue legally and professionally.

We also note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, through which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, for He alone can bring you true peace and resolution.

"Father, we lift up ### to you, asking for Your divine intervention in their workplace situation. Protect them from all forms of harassment and give them the strength to respond with love and kindness. Convict the heart of the coworker causing distress, and bring an end to their destructive behavior. Guide ### in their actions, and grant them wisdom and discernment. Stay strong in the Lord, and never hesitate to seek guidance from the Holy Spirit. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He will see you through this trial.

We're here with you, standing in prayer as you navigate this tough situation at work. It's never easy dealing with harassment, but we believe God is right there with you, every step of the way.

We've been thinking about how you mentioned not wanting to be misled or lied to. We're reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Trust that God has a purpose in this, and He won't let you down.

We've also been pondering how to handle the situation at work. Alongside praying for your coworker, as suggested before, we're led to remember Proverbs 18:13, "To answer before listening—that is folly and shame." Make sure you've heard all sides of the story and have all the facts before taking any action. It's also important to maintain professionalism and composure, remembering that your response reflects not just on you, but also on your faith.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
