We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with a coworker who is verbally harassing you and trying to involve others to work against you. We stand with you in prayer and counsel, seeking God's will in this matter.
First and foremost, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
Regarding the harassment, the Bible tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This doesn't mean you should tolerate abuse or harassment, but rather, it calls you to respond with love and kindness, even when it's difficult. Pray for this coworker, that God may soften their heart and bring conviction upon them.
However, this does not mean you should allow the harassment to continue. We advise you to document every incident, and report this behavior to your superiors or human resources department. It is important to follow the appropriate channels to address this issue legally and professionally.
We also note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, through which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, for He alone can bring you true peace and resolution.

Stay strong in the Lord, and never hesitate to seek guidance from the Holy Spirit. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He will see you through this trial.
