Firstly, it's crucial to remember the words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 9:27 (WEB): "But I beat my body and bring it into submission, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected." Just as Paul disciplined his body, we too must exercise self-control in all areas, including diet and exercise.
In 1 Timothy 4:8 (WEB), it’s written, "for bodily exercise is profitable for a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having the promise of the life which is now, and of that which is to come." Physical training is beneficial, but it should be balanced with spiritual fitness, recognizing that our ultimate goal is to honor God with our bodies.

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance and strength for Reborn###. Help them to remember that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and should be treated with care and respect. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), we read, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
May the Lord grant you the determination and self-control you need to accomplish your goals for a healthier you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will give you the strength to endure.
