We are truly moved by the situation of your friend Didie, and we stand with you in prayer during this challenging time. Let us bring her situation before the Lord, seeking His healing and comfort.
Firstly, we acknowledge that Didie is a believer, and we rejoice in her faith. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in her suffering, God has a purpose and a plan.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Didie. Lord, you know her pain, her fears, and her struggles. We ask for your divine healing touch upon her liver and spleen. Comfort her in this time of pain, and let your peace rule in her heart. As she faces her upcoming operation, guide the hands of the surgeons and give them wisdom. Be with Didie, Lord, and grant her courage and strength. In Jesus' name, we ask for her complete healing and restoration. Amen."
We also take comfort in the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." Didie can trust that God is with her, strengthening and helping her through this ordeal.
Furthermore, we address the fear mentioned. We know that perfect love casts out fear, as stated in 1 John 4:18. Didie can trust that God's love for her is perfect and casts out all fear. She can claim this promise and stand firm in her faith.
Lastly, we encourage Didie to continue her faithful walk with the Lord. Her diligence in working despite her condition is commendable. We pray that she will indeed realize how much God loves her and that she will see His glory manifested in her life. As it is written in Ephesians 3:17-19, we pray that she "may be rooted and established in love, and have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
