Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Goepus and his husband John. We pray for John's health and specifically for his dialysis treatment. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in his situation. We pray that you would touch John's body and restore his fistula, allowing it to function properly once again.
We acknowledge, Lord, that your will is perfect and that you have a plan for John's life. We submit to your sovereign will, knowing that you are in control of every situation. We trust in your wisdom and ask that you guide the medical professionals involved in John's care, giving them the knowledge and skill to provide the best treatment for him.
In your Word, you have shown us that you are a God of healing and miracles. We stand on the promise of James 5:15, which says, "And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We declare this promise over John's life, believing that you are able to bring about a miraculous healing in his body.
Lord, we also pray for strength and comfort for Goepus and their family during this challenging time. Surround them with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in your unfailing love and to find solace in your presence.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and we believe that you are working all things together for good. May your will be done in John's life, and may your name be glorified through this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
