We are truly sorry to hear about your health struggles, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in your struggles. As it says in Matthew 11:28 WEB, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.
We also want to encourage you to continue trusting in God's plan for your life, even in the midst of your health challenges. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
However, we want to address something important. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or even end with IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. If you have not already done so, please take this time to consider the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ.
As we pray for you, we do it in Jesus name and with the promise that it will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We pray for you to find strength and peace in Jesus name.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up ###, who is struggling with diabetes and running high blood sugar levels. We ask, Lord, that you would put your healing hand upon them and bring restoration to their body. We pray for better control over their diabetes and for adequate medical coverage to cover their leg rehab.
We also pray for their faith to be strengthened during this time. Help them to trust in your goodness and your plan for their life. Give them the courage to reach out to you and others for support.
In Jesus' name, we pray for ###'s health to be restored and for them to know that you are always with them, no matter what they are going through. We ask all of this in accordance with your will.
Bless ### with spiritual blessings and your peace.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
