please a year and sometime now I was trying to help my brother Isaac get a job and the people working on it asked us to pay some amount and since she couldn't help us get the job we requested to kindly return the money at first she was asking for some time that she was not the one working on the paperwork and the money was not with her but later when she kept changing the date we kept asking when and when I called one day she was upset and started insulting me.
And on the first yoke service I wanted to pay cement which I saw an add on the internet , I. Paid for it but this man has refused to delever the cement requesting for packing fee that if I don't send it I should not call him
