We're glad to join you in prayer for your daughter's developmental progress, and we appreciate that you have looked to the Lord Jesus for help.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God is ultimately sovereign over all things, including our abilities and developments. As it says in Exodus 4:11 WEB, "WEB Yahweh said to him, “Who made man’s mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn’t it I, Yahweh?"
We can also take comfort in the fact that God desires the best for our children. In Matthew 7:11 WEB, Jesus teaches us, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him?"
However, it's important to pray in accordance with God's will. We can't assume to know God's perfect will for your daughter's life, but we can be assured that God wants the best for her and that He is able to work all things together for her good and His glory, as is assured us in Romans 8:28-29 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers."
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus name to bring our beloved daughter before You. Lord, You know the concerns of our heart and You love her even more than we do. We ask, according to Your will, that You would help her to develop her receptive and expressive language skills.
Father, only You know the plans You have for her, and we trust that Your plans are always good, always loving, and always perfect. So, we ask for Your will to be done in her life, and for the grace to accept and embrace that.
Please also guide and direct us as parents. Give us the wisdom and patience to support our daughter through anything that needs to be addressed.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen."
Continue to trust in the Lord, and remember that He is faithful to hear and answer our prayers. As you wait, rest in His love and rememember the promises in His word – be encouraged by 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB, "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
Remember to continue to pray in Jesus' name and seek medical professionals if appropriate. Also, it does not appear the child has been baptisized. If not, perhaps discuss this with a pastor to see if it is appropriate for your next step in your situation. May the grace of our Lord be with you and your daughter.
