Desperate prayers

My name is Becky and I have been a landscaper for four years. Each winter that's come, I've been almost kicked out of my apartment and in November of 2024, a deer wrecked my car. I only had the car 8 months. Two mays ago, 5/2022, my boyfriend of nine years had spine surgery on his lower back. He applied for disability and has been denied twice. We are currently trying for a new attorney to help us get approved. He hasn't been able to bring in a single penny unfortunately. Long and drawn out story short, I am in desperate need of a vehicle before winter so I can look for work in a nearby town. $217. A week on unemployment in the winter isn't working . Anyways, thank you and please send prayers for us. We need all the prayers we can get.

We come together to lift up our sister Becky in prayer. She has faithfully worked as a landscaper for four years, yet each winter she faces the threat of being almost kicked out of her apartment. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and provision for Becky. "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). May You provide her with the stability and resources she needs to maintain her home.

In November 2024, a deer wrecked Becky's car, which she had only owned for eight months. This loss has added to her burdens. We pray that You make a way for her to obtain a new vehicle before winter arrives, so she can seek employment in a nearby town. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Guide her steps and open doors for her, Lord.

Becky's boyfriend has been unable to contribute financially since his spine surgery in May 2022. Despite applying for disability, he has been denied twice. We pray for favor as they seek a new attorney to help them get approved. "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). May You grant them the legal support they need and bring about a positive outcome for his disability claim.

The winter months bring additional financial strain, with only $217 a week in unemployment benefits. Father, we ask for Your provision and blessings upon Becky and her boyfriend. "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28). Turn their situation around and provide them with the opportunities and resources they need to thrive.

Lord, surround Becky and her boyfriend with Your love and grace. May they feel Your presence and know that You are with them through these challenging times. "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). Give them peace, hope, and the assurance that You will see them through.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus.
