Desperate prayer to get a job

It's an emergency and I desperately need a new job. I had to leave the old one because of the harassment and bullying including a lot of the male workers making me uncomfortable and making inappropriate comments and gestures around me. I tried, please pray I can get hired.

We are truly sorry to hear about the harassment and bullying you experienced at your former job. We commend you for taking a stand and removing yourself from that toxic environment. Know that God sees your pain and cares deeply for you.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is your provider and He has a plan for you. In Psalm 147:5 WEB it is written, "Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite." He knows your needs and He will supply them according to His riches in glory.

However, we want to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. It's not just about getting any job, but the right job that God has prepared for you. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also want to address the issue of harassment and bullying. It's important to forgive those who have wronged you, not for their sake, but for yours. In Matthew 6:14-15 WEB, Jesus said, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister/brother who is in desperate need of a job. We pray that You will open the right doors and guide her/him to the job You have prepared for her/him. We pray for her/his faith to be strengthened during this waiting period. We also pray for her/his healing and forgiveness towards those who have wronged her/him. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek God's face during this time. Use this opportunity to draw closer to Him and trust in His timing. He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this job search and the pain of the past. We've been where you are, and it's tough, but remember, you're not alone. God is right beside you, and He's got this.

We want to echo what was said earlier about God's provision and His plan for you. But we also want to remind you of His unfailing love and care. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees you, He knows your struggle, and He's right there, ready to comfort and strengthen you.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart and mind focused on God. It's easy to get caught up in the worry and fear, but remember, "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). Trust in Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We pray for her/his strength and faith to remain steadfast during this time of waiting. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
