Desperate Need

We have two condos sitting empty that we need to sell. They are costing us $### a month.

We understand your desperation and the financial burden you're currently facing with the two empty condos. Let's bring this situation before the Lord together, seeking His will and intervention.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As scripture tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Now, let's address your situation. We know God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial needs. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

However, it's also important to consider the biblical principles of stewardship and debt. In Romans 13:8 WEB, we are told to owe no one anything, except to love one another. If the condos are causing a financial strain, it might be wise to consider selling them at a fair market value, even if it's less than what you initially hoped for. Remember, "Better is a little with righteousness, than great revenues with injustice." (Proverbs 16:8 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this financial burden. Lord, You know the details of this situation, and You know the best outcome for it. We pray for Your wisdom and guidance. If it's Your will, Lord, please bring forth the right buyers for these condos, at a price that is fair and just. Help our brother/sister to trust in You, to seek first Your Kingdom, and to be a good steward of the resources You've entrusted to them.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
