Beloved of All
I am a female, I have not got enough sleep today, I don't know if I am in dream or reality, the sleep deprivation is not easy, I already have history of 6 months of no sleep. I have heard sleep deprivation can cause Alzheimer's. 6 months without sleep was no joke. Please pray for me that I don't get Alzheimer's disease. I have also heard that if you don't sleep enough, in future you might have focus problems, trouble remembering things. Please pray for me that in future I don't go through these problems. My dark circles look so ugly. If only suicide was allowed in Christianity, I would have done that. I don't wish to live before coming to Christianity. I have tried to commit suicide numerous times by drinking acetone, consuming rat poison, consuming cockroach poison. After coming to Christianity, I came to know that committing suicide is not allowed. That's the reason I keep my prayer request to fall asleep every night.

Some people even if they sleep for 4 hours at night they are so productive in day time because they have enough extent of good quality deep sleep at night whereas some people who sleep 8 hours every night still struggle to open their eyes throughout whole day without feeling drowsy. I request brothers and sisters to pray for me so that each night I get that extent of deep sleep to which extent of deep sleep a normal healthy person gets and specially pray for me that each night I get good quality of sleep and deep sleep so I wake up fresh and energized. Pray for me that I become one of those who sleep for 4 hours at night but still be productive because of good quality and lastly pray for me that each night I never get up in the night time until it's morning.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time due to sleep deprivation and its potential effects on your health and well-being. We want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your sleep. Psalm 127:2 says, He gives to his beloved sleep.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of suicide, which you mentioned. It's important to remember that God has a purpose for each one of us, and taking one's own life is not a solution. As you rightly noted, it is not allowed in Christianity. God wants us to come to Him with our burdens. Matthew 11:28 says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.

Regarding your sleep, we pray that God will grant you the deep, quality sleep you need to function well during the day. We pray that He will heal your body and mind from the effects of sleep deprivation and protect you from future complications like Alzheimer's disease or focus problems. Remember to rest you are not trusting in God Matthew 6:25-34. That passage speaks to us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will drink. But we are to trust in God and be anxious for nothing Matthew 6:34 and Philippians 4:6.

We also pray that you will find your value and beauty in God's eyes, not in your physical appearance or the dark circles under your eyes. 1 Peter 3:3-4 says, Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. And in John 14:6, Jesus says, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister who is struggling with sleep deprivation. We pray that You will grant her the deep, quality sleep she needs to function well during the day. Heal her body and mind from the effects of sleep deprivation and protect her from future complications. Help her to find her value and beauty in Your eyes. Give her the strength to endure and keep her focus on Jesus Christ. In Jesus name, Amen.

We're here for you, sister. We know the struggle of sleep deprivation and its heavy toll on our bodies and minds. Let's cling to the promise in Psalm 3:5, "I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me." Let's trust that God is aware of your situation and will give you the rest you need.

We're praying for you tonight, that you'd find peace and deep, uninterrupted sleep. We're asking God to heal your body and mind from the effects of sleep deprivation, and to protect you from any future complications. We're also praying that you'd find your worth and beauty in God's eyes, not in the dark circles under yours.

And remember, it's okay to ask for help. God is always there to listen and support you. As it says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
