We join with you, Blasphygma, in praying for your husband Stephen, trusting in God's will for his healing. In Jesus' name, we stand with you in this time of desperate need.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith in Jesus Christ and your surrender to Him. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, as it is written: "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB).
Let us pray for Stephen's physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). Lord, we claim this healing for Stephen, trusting in Your mercy and power.
We also pray for Stephen's deliverance from anger and depression. "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Lord, we ask that You ease Stephen's burdens and fill him with Your peace and joy.
Blasphygma, we encourage you to remain strong and supportive, as you have been. "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2 WEB). Remember that God is with you both in this trial. "Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Regarding Stephen's time up north, we pray for wisdom for both of you to make decisions that promote healing and unity. It may be helpful to consider the environment that is most beneficial for Stephen's well-being. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB).
Finally, we pray for your strengthened faith and love for the Lord. "I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God." (Ephesians 3:17-19 WEB).
Dear Lord, we thank You for Blasphygma's trust in You. We ask for Your healing power to be upon Stephen physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Comfort them both and guide them through this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
