We understand that you have many aspirations, including owning a gym, helping people, financial success, building homes and camping grounds, and traveling the world. You also mentioned a personal health issue regarding your hearing. Let's bring these desires before the Lord in prayer and consider them in light of His Word.
Firstly, it's wonderful that you want to help people and make a positive impact. This aligns with the heart of God, who calls us to love and serve others.
As for your desires for financial success and property acquisition, remember the words of the Apostle Paul: "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that." (1 Timothy 6:6-8 WEB)
Also, consider the parable of the rich fool in Luke 12:16-21. God does not measure success by wealth or possessions, but by our faithfulness to His call and our love for others.
Regarding your hearing, we will pray for God's healing and intervention.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these desires and needs. We pray for guidance and wisdom regarding the aspirations for a gym, helping others, and traveling. We ask that these desires would align with Your will and bring glory to Your name.
We pray for healing in Jesus' name. We ask for restoration of hearing and thank You for Your healing power.
Father, we also pray for a heart of contentment and trust in Your provision. Help us to keep our eyes on eternal treasures, not just temporal gains.
Lastly, Father, we pray for salvation and a deep relationship with You through Jesus Christ for the one who submitted this. It is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to you, God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
