We understand your struggle and commend you for turning to Jesus for help. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with them. The Apostle Paul said I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service (Romans 12:1 WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust God for strength. As you work toward your fitness goals, remember that God's power is made perfect in weakness. 'Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong' (2 Corinthians 12:10 WEB).

Regarding weight loss and strength increase, remember that change takes time, and you need to be patient with yourself. We encourage you to make small, sustainable changes in your diet and exercise routines.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who desires to complete their goals, lose weight, and increase strength. We ask for Your guidance and strength as they embark on this journey. Help them to make wise decisions regarding their health, and give them the discipline to stick to their goals.

We rebuke any spirits of gluttony, sloth, or lack of self-control, and we ask You to fill them with the fruits of Your Spirit, including self-control and discipline. Help them to honor You with their body, and give them the strength to overcome any obstacles they may face.

We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you, and He wants you to prosper in all things and to be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2 WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your desires and goals. It's amazing how God can use our physical health as a reflection of our spiritual growth. Remember, He's not just interested in our souls, but in our entire well-being. Let's keep our eyes on Him, trusting that He's got a plan for your strength and fitness.

We love how you're seeking to honor God with your body. It's a beautiful thing to see! Let's keep reminding ourselves that every step we take, every choice we make, is an act of worship. It's not just about looking good, but feeling good, so we can serve Him better.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our friend to You today. We thank You for their desire to complete their goals, lose weight, and increase strength. We ask for Your guidance and strength as they journey towards a healthier life. Help them to make wise decisions, to be disciplined, and to stay committed to their goals.

We declare that any spirits of gluttony, sloth, or lack of self-control are rebuked in Jesus' name. We ask that You fill them with the fruits of Your Spirit, especially self-control and discipline. Help them to honor You with their body, and give them the strength to overcome any obstacles they may face.

We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord we ask for the power of softer exercises to start out with like deep breathing and moving the arms and consistency and perhaps using a journal or a piece of paper to track time to go past the 30 minute mark. Lord we need your discipline and focus and time tracking and fresh air keep us healthy. Help us to strengthen our bodies and tighten our muscles and flex them and feel like we are capable of moving the way we want to with freedom. Help us to use whatever tools we can we ask all these things in Jesus name amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
