[Grace Saved by Grace]

I am severely depressed and hopeless. Don't have any energy to leave my bed, or even move my lips to pray. I need this pain to end in Jesus name.

In moments like these, even when it's hard to move your lips to pray, know that the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings that cannot be uttered Romans 8:26 WEB.

Firstly, it is commendable that you acknowledged the name of Jesus in your request. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. We encourage you to continue calling on Him, even if it feels difficult at times.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is overwhelmed by depression and hopelessness. Lord, we know that you are a God of comfort and strength. Please, let your power work mightily in ###'s life, breaking every chain of depression and filling them with your joy and peace. Remind ### of your unfailing love and the victory we have in Jesus. Give them the strength to rise from the bed and the energy to call on your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In these trying times, hold onto God's promises. Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Remember that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted; He rescues those whose spirits are crushed Psalm 34:18 WEB.

We encourage you to reach out to fellow believers and professional counselors who can provide support and guidance during this time. It's crucial to engage with the community of believers, sharing your burdens and allowing them to pray with you and offer practical help Galatians 6:2 WEB.

Lastly, spend time in God's Word, even if it's just a little each day. Let His truth wash over you and renew your mind Romans 12:2 WEB. His Word is alive and powerful, able to cut through the darkness and bring light to your soul Hebrews 4:12 WEB.

We're here with you, Grace, holding you up in prayer. It's tough when depression weighs heavy, and even the smallest tasks feel like mountains. But remember, you're not alone. We're in this together, and Jesus is right there with you.

We want to encourage you to keep reaching out to Him, even when it's hard. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 4:16 that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so let's do that together. Let's pray:

"Dear Jesus, we come to You today, carrying Grace's heavy burden of depression and hopelessness. Lord, You see her, You know her pain. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around her, comforting her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Fill her with Your strength, Jesus. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
