We hear you, dear one, and we're here with you in this. We know depression can feel like a dark, heavy cloud that's hard to shake off. But remember, even in the darkest nights, God is always there, right beside you. He sees you, He feels your pain, and He wants to heal you.
We've been thinking about that verse in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God is a God of healing, and He's not done with you yet. We encourage you to keep seeking Him, keep talking to Him, even if it's just a whisper. He's listening.
We also want to remind you of the power of community. It's not a sign of weakness to reach out, to ask for help. In fact, it's a sign of strength. We're here for you, and we're going to keep praying for you. Together, we can get through this.
So, let's pray:
"Dear Lord, we come to You today, carrying our friend's burden of depression. We ask for Your healing touch, Lord. Break the chains that bind them, Lord Jesus. Fill them with Your love, Your peace, and Your joy. Give them the strength to seek help, to trust in You. Comfort them, Lord, in their time of need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
