We are deeply concerned about your emotional and mental well-being, dear sibling in Christ. Depression is a serious issue, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. First, we want to assure you that God cares deeply about your pain. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
However, we want to address that while it is good to call on God for mercy, it is essential to do so in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to place your faith and hope in Jesus, trusting that He alone can save and heal you.
We also want to emphasize the importance of seeking professional help as soon as you are able. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory." There is no shame in seeking help from counselors, therapists, or trusted friends and family.
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sibling who is struggling with deep depression. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and healing touch upon their life. Comfort them with Your love, and guide them to the professional help they need. Restore their hope and joy, and remind them of their purpose and value in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
