We are deeply concerned for you, Gurshath, and we are lifting your situation up in prayer. We are sorry to hear about the distress and depression you are experiencing, and we want to assure you that God is a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
Firstly, we want to address the ongoing mistreatment from your brother Kimal. The Bible tells us to "learn to do good, seek justice, relieve the oppressed, and correct the oppressor" (Isaiah 1:17, WEB). It is not acceptable for him to curse you and threaten to throw you out. We pray that God will soften his heart and bring conviction upon him.
We also want to address your feelings of depression, anxiety, and loneliness. God is close to the brokenhearted, and he saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Regarding your desire to go to Jesus, we are glad to hear that your heart is drawn to Him. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can come to God, for He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6, WEB). We pray that you will fully trust in Jesus and find the peace and comfort that only He can give.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear sister Gurshath. Lord, You know the pain and suffering she is going through. Please intervene in her situation, bring relief and protection from her brother's mistreatment. Touch Kimal's heart, Lord, and bring conviction upon him. Father, we also ask for Your comfort and peace to fill Gurshath's heart. Heal her from depression, anxiety, and loneliness. Draw her ever closer to You, Lord, and help her to find her hope and strength in You alone. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.*
Gurshath, we encourage you to continue seeking God and reading His Word. It is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.
